NCAA Rule Modifications
The official NCAA rules shall govern all games with the exception of rules modifications approved and implemented by the League’s Executive Board.
Notable NCAA Rule Modifications:
The HCBL reserves the right to modify NCAA rules to better protect players, fans and improve the efficiency in which the League operates.
Modifications to NCAA Rules must be approved by the Executive Committee and the umpiring association must be notified in writing prior to the start of the season.
