- An hour and a half to two hours before a game to see if teams are situated with ice and water for the coolers.
- See if teams need anything else.
- Set up computers at table and run sound checks and make sure that everything is up and running at least 30-45 minutes before the game.
- Make sure to get the proper annunciation of players, coaches, and umpires if you are doing announcing.
- 15 minutes prior to the start of the game if the team is having a special guest or community leader throw out the first pitch do it at this time.
- After that announce the starting lineups and coaches for both teams, the umpires as well.
- Go into national anthem and play ball!
