Game Day Supplies

Below is a list of supplies and materials you will need to maintain your field and manage Game Day operations. Try and borrow as many items as possible; you will need a storage shed to store these items.

Scorer’s Area

• PA System that can connect to a laptop or iPod/iTunes
• Laptop for scoring and live updates (supplied)
• Scorebook (back up to electronic)
• Internet and Electric Connection
• Scorer’s Table
• Rosters for both teams for Scouts

Dugouts

• Two- five gallon water coolers
• Small paper cups
• Two Ice coolers
• Ice for players
